Description
This is a pneumatic actuated ball valve assembly from Sectoriel, the assembly includes a 3 piece V-Port stainless steel ball valve, an Alpha-air APS pneumatic single acting pneumatic actuator and a YTC YT-3300 electropneumatic smart positioner 4-20mA.
The valve is available with a 30° or 60° V-Port ball, the body/ball/stem are CF8M stainless steel with PTFE+15%GF seats. The working pressure of the valve is 63bar. As standard the valves have BSP female threads, socket weld and butt weld are available on request.
The actuator is manufactured from Aluminium and the YTC positioner has an aluminium enclosure IP66.
This assembly based on a 10bar differential pressure, with a 6 bar pilot air pressure. Working temperature is between 0°C and 70°C,
