Art 679 Gunmetal Pressure Reducing Valve is designed to reduce the pressure of liquids in industrial applications. Features include standard BSPT (ISO 7/1) male thread connections, and compliance with BS EN 1567, ISO 3822, PED 2014/68/EU, and PESR 2016 standards. A stainless steel version is also available. All valves come with a Test Certificate to EN10204-3.1 upon request.

The Art 679 Gunmetal Pressure Reducing Valve is designed to reduce inlet pressure up to 25 Bar down to a range of outlet pressures, ranging from 0.5 to 12 Bar. The valve has an EPDM seal for working temperatures from +5°C to +85°C and is recommended for reduction ratios no greater than 5:1 to avoid the risk of cavitation. Standard outlet pressure 1.5 to 7.0 bar, on request we can supply 0.5 to 3.0 bar or 3.0 to 12 bar.
