Description

This knife gate valve has a cast iron body, 304 stainless steel blade with EPDM seal and is fitted a pneumatic double acting cylinder to control the opening and closing of the valve. Available to flanges PN10/16 others on request.

This valve is unidirectional and has an arrow indicating the direction of flow cast into the body, although if using with dry solids in a gravity fed application, then the arrow should be installed against the flow.  This valve provides high flow rates with low pressure drops due  to its design.  Suitable for liquids with a maximum of 5% suspended solids.
