Description

Manufactured in Spain by Prisma, these pneumatic actuators have a rilsan coated aluminium body.

The rotation angle is between 0° and 90° with external stroke adjustments to regulate the opening (85° to 92°) and the closing (-2° to +5°).  These actuators are perfect for mounting on ball, butterfly or plug valves.

Available in double acting 17 to 5043 Nm (6 bar pilot pressure) and single acting (spring return) 6.7 to 1769 (6 bar pilot air with full spring sets).

All actuators are assembled with silicon free grease.

Maximum pilot pressure is 8 bar, with a working temperature range of -32°C to +90°C.

Generally available next day for sizes PAW to PA50, sizes PA60 & PA70 normally 3 to 4 working weeks

Approvals

The actuators conform to the following international directives:

ISO, DIN, NAMUR, VDI/VDE, ATEX, CE, DNV, PCT, SIL 2 & 3.
